REPOSTLY USAGE AGREEMENT
Below is a list of crucial details that users should review before signing up and using Repostly services. When users register and use Repostly websites and applications, it is assumed that they have read and agree to the terms of these articles. If you do not agree to these articles, please do not register for Repostly and its applications.
Before using https://repostly.net and https://my.repostly.net, it is advised to read the User Agreement, which contains the general guidelines and legal obligations pertaining to the use of the website, the terms, rules, and obligations below.
Repostly recommends its users visit the user agreement page every time they enter the site.
If the specified conditions do not comply with you, please do not accept this agreement and stop using this website.
You are presumed to have agreed to the terms stated on these pages by using the website and completing the membership form with your personal information. Repostly maintains the right, without prior notice, to modify, restructure, and discontinue providing any and all services, goods, terms of use, and information made available on this site and its extensions.
The site administration reserves its legal rights regarding the person or individuals who have not read the following items and may prevent the user from using the site who has not reviewed the following items.
IMPORTANT
ARTICLE 1
All services and features on Repostly are subject to platform API availability and limitations. Customers who use our services should know that service availability may vary depending on platform policies and API access.
ARTICLE 2
All services have different explanations given in the service descriptions. Prior to using any service, each customer must read and accept all of the items in the description section. Repostly does not provide refunds in case the description part is not read or understood.
ARTICLE 3
If part of your service is interrupted or unavailable due to a platform API issue or service problem, Repostly will work to restore service but does not guarantee immediate resolution. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
ARTICLE 4
Repostly does not use the return policy and does not provide refunds in case any connected social media account is removed, suspended, or changed by the platform provider.
ARTICLE 5
The customers who have registered and used Repostly and its applications accept these rules and cannot complain or claim any rights beyond what is explicitly stated in these terms.
ARTICLE 6
Repostly reserves the right to change terms without notice.
ARTICLE 7
Social media platforms are changed and renewed frequently. The changes also need to be updated for Repostly services. Any delays brought on by these updates, altered service schedules, or other issues must be accepted by all Repostly clients. Repostly maintains the right not to apply the return terms in the event of disagreement.
We do not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the service will be available. This is only an estimation and we will not refund subscriptions that are active if you feel services are taking too long to update.
ARTICLE 8
All services and websites on Repostly are processed by Repostly System. If Repostly has a security flaw and the customer does not report it, legal action will be taken against the customer and their account will be closed without warning or refund.
ARTICLE 9
Repostly does not guarantee any specific engagement rates, follower growth, or performance metrics for content posted through our service.
ARTICLE 10
On the same profile/username/link, duplicate workflows or connections should not be created before the first one has been properly configured. If you do this, you run the risk of service conflicts and delays with your transactions.
Anyone who has registered and used Repostly applications accepts these rules and cannot complain or claim any rights.
General Conditions
a) Incorrect, irregular, incomplete, and misleading information, statements that do not comply with general moral rules, and information that contradicts International Law is recorded on the site.
b) Unauthorized copying of site content, in whole or in part.
c) The user is responsible for any loss that results from sharing to third parties or organizations information such as their user name, password, and use rights that have been granted to them or that they have chosen to grant. The user is not permitted to access or use another user's private information without their consent, including personal information like their IP address, email address, or username. Any potential legal and criminal liability that results from such use is deemed to have been accepted by the user.
d) Using software that will risk the site's security, prevent it from operating, doing operations and obtaining, modifying, and deleting data.
e) Disturbing the site users, not using the issues such as wrong and unethical emails, SMS, and other notifications to manipulate or encourage the site users.
Persons who ignore the above articles are deemed to have accepted any legal and penal liability that may arise.
Terms of Use
The general appearance and design of Repostly websites and applications, and all information, pictures, Repostly brand and other brands, Repostly name, logo, icon, demonstrative, written, electronic, graphic or machine-readable technical data on the website and applications, is the owner or licensee of all materials and related intellectual and industrial property rights, including computer software, applied sales system, business method, and business model, and are under legal protection. Materials on the website; It cannot be changed, copied, reproduced, translated into another language, licensed, republished, uploaded to another computer, posted, transmitted, presented, or distributed, including code and software, without prior permission and without reference. Repostly websites and applications cannot be used in whole or in part on another website without permission. On the contrary, actions require legal and criminal responsibility. Repostly reserves all other rights not expressly stated here.
Responsibilities
a) To better serve the users, Repostly websites and applications can track user information (visit time, time, and pages viewed).
b) The user cannot interfere with how other users or visitors operate Repostly and its applications, nor can they install software that may forcefully harm or lock servers or databases. He/she accepts that his/her membership will be terminated if he/she is found and he/she accepts all kinds of legal and criminal liability that may arise from the situation.
c) Users are not authorized to back up, store, or share messages or chat logs created with the Repostly admin without the consent of the Repostly administrator. Repostly reserves all privacy rights.
d) The user can delete their account and terminate their membership by submitting a support request. The user's permission will be revoked if they decide to stop using Repostly and its applications. The member who cancels understands that this process is permanent and cannot be reversed. The admin of Repostly and its applications are authorized to erase any documentation of a user account that has been terminated by the user themselves. The user is not eligible for any rights or compensation for the records that were erased.
e) Repostly websites and applications may contain links or references to other websites that are not under the control of Repostly authorities. Repostly and its applications are not responsible for the content or other links they contain.
g) In certain places of Repostly websites and applications, different rules and obligations specific to that section may be specified. Persons and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
ARTICLE 1
The transactions that are recorded by Repostly websites and applications are held in strict confidence and are never disclosed to third parties, institutions, or organizations.
ARTICLE 2
By using the interface of Repostly websites and applications, it is ensured that all transactions are carried out between the payment systems and your device securely.
