30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from your billing date. If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. This guarantee applies only to the first subscription period.
General Refund Policy
Your payment method will not receive any refunds except as explicitly stated in this policy. There is no way to reverse a deposit once it has been made for subscription renewals. You must use your subscription balance for services from Repostly.
You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
Chargeback and Dispute Policy
If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a payment, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from the Repostly website. We also reserve the right to disconnect any service connections to your or your clients' social media accounts.
Service Cancellation
Subscriptions placed through Repostly websites and applications cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been submitted and activated. You will receive a refund credit to your Repostly account only if the service is non-deliverable due to a technical issue on our end.
Account and Platform Issues
Orders placed on a private, suspended, or lost social media account are not eligible for a refund. Before placing an order or connecting an account, be sure to confirm that your social media accounts are active and in good standing with their respective platforms.
Platform Updates and Changes
We're not aware when social media sites such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn will update their APIs or policies, but if there's a problem due to platform changes, there won't be a refund unless the Repostly System compensates you at our discretion.
Fraudulent Activity
Your account will be terminated if you participate in fraudulent activity, such as using credit cards, debit cards, cryptocurrency, or payment accounts that are not your own. There are no exceptions, and any Repostly account or application will be terminated without warning. No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to fraudulent activity.
Service Interruptions
Repostly and its applications reserve the right to disconnect any service connections or remove any content that was posted in response to abuse, violations of terms of service, or targeted harassment of the administrators, moderators, or staff members of Repostly applications.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee, contact our support team at support@repostly.net with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Transaction ID or receipt
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period
- Accounts that have violated our terms of service
- Social media accounts that are private, suspended, or banned
- Service interruptions due to platform API changes or updates
- Fraudulent activity or chargeback attempts
- Excessive usage beyond reasonable limits
- User error or misunderstanding of service features
Automatic Refunds
Your request for a cancellation or refund won't be fulfilled once the subscriptions have been submitted to the system and activated. The system will automatically process refunds only if the service is not fully or partially functional due to technical issues on our end, and only within the 30-day guarantee period.
